Who I am

I am Lourdes Díaz

Chemical Engineer, Professional Chef and Entrepreneur. Creator of the LoudiChef Cooking School.

Loudichef is an informal training school for Beginners and Entrepreneurs.

The LoudiChef Cooking Workshops emerged in 2014 as a business idea that allows a fusion between my academic training and my profession in gastronomy. Hand in hand with the great passion I feel for Gastronomy, my first cooking classes and workshops began, which gradually became my own food laboratory and from which many new cooking ventures have emerged.

I like to focus my teaching on providing you with professional techniques in the simplest way so that your learning allows you to materialize your ideas and thus create your own business using only artisanal equipment and ingredients.

The LoudiChef Cooking School workshops are aimed at beginners and/or entrepreneurs who want to learn in the areas of Pastry, Bakery  Basic Cooking and Healthy Cooking.
